Project Products
The Pawtucket Downtown Development Project seeks to produce a series of reports and recommendations for the City to implement, including information on how we may pay for some of these improvements. Here are some of the products produced so far.

Existing Conditions Report
The PDDP Existing Conditions Report contains analysis of information from previous studies and recent traffic data to better explain current downtown systems, including regional and historic development issues, urban massing, public space, routes, traffic flow, parking, urban form and basic pedestrian habits.
